Are you passionate about the work of Lake Washington Schools Foundation? Are you interested in serving and impacting families across the Lake Washington School District?

The Lake Washington Schools Foundation is looking to add new trustees to our governing board. Our strategic plan focuses on two main areas: mental health and wellness issues, and increasing access and inclusion for all students in our community.

We are very interested in building our board with thoughtful, diverse candidates who have enthusiasm for the work we do, connections to local businesses and corporations, and the ability to help us expand our reach.

I strongly believe in giving back by enriching educational experiences for all future stewards of our communities and planets.

– Joan Krona, current LWSF trustee

The LWSF has wonderful programs serving our community. Issues I am drawn to are the social/emotional issues, mental health support, advocacy, and the belief that all people hold incredible value.

– Jen O’Donnell, current LWSF trustee

If you have a passion for serving and impacting families across the Lake Washington School District, please get in touch so we can begin the conversation for your potential new role as a Lake Washington Schools Foundation trustee. Email us at [email protected].

Bonnie is the Communications Manager for Lake Washington Schools Foundation.
